Delete your Holofire account

You can permanently delete your Holofire account and its associated data at any time. Deletion removes your account, binder, scan history and corrections, wants and trade lists, vendor listings, uploaded scan frames, and any location data. This cannot be undone.
Fastest: delete in the app
Open Holofire and go to Account → Delete my account. You'll confirm with your password and the deletion happens immediately.
Can't access the app?
Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:
Request deletion by emailSend to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request against the registered email and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is deleted, and when
- Immediately: your account, binder and collection records, scan labels and corrections, uploaded scan frames, wants/trade lists, vendor listings, streaming-overlay tokens, and any stored location data.
- Within 30 days: residual copies in short-lived encrypted backups expire automatically.
- Not retained: we do not keep or sell personal information after deletion. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics (for example overall pricing trends) contain no account data.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google — deleting your
Holofire account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel in your Apple
Account settings or Google Play subscriptions as well.
